I’m going to share with you some quick muscle building tips that will help you put on more muscle mass in less time. When it comes to the body and how to put on muscle, there seems to be a lot of misinformation being quoted out there. I see so many people at the gym making the same old mistakes and they probably go home to make more generic mistakes with their diet. I’ve learned after almost a decade of doing this that there are some things that work very well and if you apply them on a daily basis, you’ll get quick results.
I think one of the most important things to understand is that the quality of the food you eat, defines the quality of the muscles you will grow. There are so many processed foods in our diet. They’re full of chemicals and other preservatives that most people can’t even pronounce let alone know what they do. I believe that these types of chemicals don’t have any positive effects when it comes to quick muscle building and I believe they slow down the rate of growth. I suggest shopping for real, non-processed foods. You’ll notice an enormous change in how you feel and how much your muscles grow. Real food has that affect.
I think the next point to illustrate is that you don’t need to have long drawn out workouts for quick muscle building. I used to workout for 60+ minutes and never break a sweat. I learned you have to stress your body, so that muscles have to change. I now have a short 7 minute workout, that is extremely intense and leaves me drenched in sweat.
