Fat Loss - How To Achieve It And Lose Weight
Fat loss; can you achieve it? Yes, but only if you want to and are determined, with help, to do so. Not JUST for someone else but for you, and for you alone. It is imperative that you get the correct information .Fat loss is about diet and exercise. One is no good without the other. There must be achievable results, don’t set the bar too high, it is much better to start with a low target, reach it, feel a sense of achievement and happiness and move that bar a little higher.
Depression can occur if you choose one of those crazy diets – does this sound familiar? – ‘Have nothing but cabbage soup and water for 2 weeks and see the kilos roll off!’ Hmmm. Yep, true, and if you haven’t keeled over by the time you come to your senses you will be so depressed and angry with yourself that you will be reaching for the cupboard for some comfort food. Food makes you feel better, especially when you are eating something that well for some strange reason makes you feel loved. Ever heard that crazy saying ‘love your food, love yourself.’ It is not crazy. If you think about it, it makes sense, OK you’re sitting there at night, probably alone and you think because you are feeling low, I’ll just have…. No one here to talk to, no romance in my life, no one to love me, yes there are people who care about me but that’s not the same as being loved. I want to be loved, I want to share romantically with someone. I can’t cuddle up to a biscuit, after all I’d just eat it.
Starving yourself WILL NOT help you to lose the fat. To deprive your body of food, can, believe it or not, cause malnutrition if you follow one of those crazy diets. O.K. you are looking at the mirror. What do you see? Something you are not happy with, you’ve had a go with a ‘diet’. You are a container of starving organs. Why are you putting your body at risk, maybe to get rid of belly fat, stomach flab? This is a diet fallacy. What your body, HELLO, yes YOUR body is saying this –you and me can look good together, but we work as a team. Body fat loss is as much a mental as physical state of mind. Your body fat loss depends on you – what you shovel into your mouth. If you find the correct fat loss plan, your mind, your determination, your willpower will enable the right conclusion to a goal. We are not just looking at eating lettuce, tomato and glasses and glasses of water. Might as well go to prison, be miserable, depressed and be a right pain in the …….
These important things will not just fall into your lap. Look at what you are eating, aim for cooking with fat loss in mind. Exercise is very important, if you can’t get to a gym, walking is a fantastic way of getting rid of flab – raining? So what? Step up and down stairs, weights – don’t have any? Lift up and down, in each hand litre FULL plastic water bottles.
Get the correct body fat loss programme for you. Follow it and be true to yourself, you and your body need to come to an agreement. Then look in that mirror and smile at each other! Be proud of every little target you two have achieved!!!! Your body is an engine, your heart is the pump and your organs are the working parts which all deserve to be well maintained. Your mind, hello… you are the driver in this partnership.
One last word before you take (every mile begins with one step) the beginning of this journey to happiness. You will see weight loss very quickly and then you will see a ‘steadying off’. For goodness sake DO NOT be despondent, what is happening is what you are doing is working, some of the flab has been got rid of and the good thing is the muscle is increasing. Don’t say ‘oh no!’ say ‘oh, good’. Why? Because muscle weighs heavier than flab. You’re on the right path, keep walking.
