Here a couple of things you can do to avoid morning sickness!

More sleeping - tiredness can only increase the nausea. To avoid it try to sleep at least 8-9 hours at night and take a few snaps through the day.

Drink only not caffeinated teas - avoid regular teas that you are used to and start drinking peppermint tea and ginger tea to decrease the sickness.

Don’t eat spicy and fried food - the smell and the taste increase the sickness feeling.

Eat crackers in the morning before you get out of bed.

If after all that you have sickness in the morning try to eat lemon - it decreases nausea in minutes!
