5 Easy Steps To Profitable List Building

Fast list building is much more than creating a long email list for show. It’s really creating a list of individuals or businesses with whom you will communicate regularly with information about your business, and who should then want to purchase your product. Here are 5 easy steps to fast list building that works.

Step 1: Attracting Emails
A squeeze page is one of the best ways to get your list going. This is a method of offering your customers something for free, then putting a page between the free offering and the initial screen. This page asks them for their email address so you can send them information.

Step 2: Additional Opportunities
After you create your squeeze page, you can add a check box to the order form. Many companies pre-check this box, but this can offend customers. If you want to leave it unchecked, by all means do, and simply tell your customer why he or she should check it.

Step 3: Personal Requests
If you get an email from someone asking for more information that you don’t provide on your website, ask them if you can add their email addresses to your list. Many times they will consent. Fast list building doesn’t have to be complicated.

Step 4: Further Offerings
After you have attracted them with the free offer and they chose not to give you their email address, you can ask again by offering them something in addition in exchange for the address. Then you send the free information to that address, and you have the permission.

Step 5: Personal Meetings
If you have just met someone who might need your product or service, ask for their email address. They will probably be happy to give it to you, and you should take it home, plug it into your list, and send them information immediately.
